Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts, including accounts receivable and payable.
- Record and process financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Handle payroll processing, including statutory contributions and submissions (KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
- Provide assistance in preparing tax submissions, financial reports, analysis, and other related reports.
- Support audit processes by ensuring proper documentation and records; liaise with auditors, bankers, or other statutory bodies when required.
- Maintain compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records in accordance with company policies and audit requirements.
- Handle finance-related administrative tasks and provide support to office administration when needed.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in both English and Malay, written and spoken.
- Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in a similar position.
- Willing to work in Semenyih.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
