KFJ & Co., a fast-growing accounting firm, is looking for a motivated Accounting Junior Officer to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career accounting professionals to gain hands-on experience and grow in the accounting field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks for clients’ accounting records across Malaysia.
- Assist in preparing basic financial records and supporting documents.
- Support the accounting team in day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks.
- Maintain accurate and organized client documentation.
- Accompany managers for client visits in Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah (when required).
Requirements:-
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & SQL accounting software is an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Must be willing to work full-time, based either in Puchong (PC provided) or Bangsar South (own laptop required).
