We are looking for a hands-on CRM Specialist with proven experience in HubSpot to support our marketing operations. This role focuses on building and optimizing email campaigns, automating lead workflows, managing clean CRM data, and tracking campaign performance.
In this role, you will be instrumental in streamlining our marketing processes and enhancing lead management efficiency. Your expertise will ensure seamless automation and accurate data flow, enabling the team to deliver targeted campaigns that drive customer engagement and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage our HubSpot CRM end-to-end — including setup, customization, maintenance, and integrations.
- Design and deploy email campaigns using HubSpot’s editor, incorporating custom HTML/CSS when necessary.
- Build and refine landing pages and web forms to support lead generation and marketing campaign objectives.
- Segment contacts and implement lead scoring frameworks based on user behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement metrics.
- Develop and manage automated workflows to support lead nurturing, customer onboarding, re-engagement, and lifecycle marketing.
- Maintain CRM data integrity through structured cleanup processes, including tagging, deduplication, and data imports.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using HubSpot reporting tools, and create dashboards to monitor key KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion funnels.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, design, and engineering to coordinate campaigns and ensure effective lead handoff.
- Conduct quality assurance testing for emails, forms, and workflows to ensure all components function as intended before launch.
- Troubleshoot issues within HubSpot and coordinate with technical teams or HubSpot support when necessary.
- Maintain clear and organized documentation for campaign workflows, processes, and SOPs using tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Provide operational support to sales and business teams by improving pipeline processes, encouraging CRM adoption, and handling HubSpot-related tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Media, or IT streams.
- 2+ years of experience with HubSpot CRM or similar tools (Salesforce, MoEngage and etc.)
- Experience in developing custom email templates with HTML and CSS for marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and optimizing CRM, including configuration, and automation.
- Experience working closely with marketing, sales, and service teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives.
- Proficiency in data entry and data management.
- A track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that enhance system performance and user adoption.
- Familiarity on social media tools and email marketing is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to stay updated with HubSpot's evolving features and best practices, continuously enhancing CRM capabilities.

Working hours: 9.30am to 6.30pm.
