Job Description:
- To prepare staff advance Service Point Payment
- To prepare staff expenses claim
- To reconcile all stamp duty & Legal Fee request from admin department
- Part timers payment compile
- To calculate Weekly COD purchasing/down payment from procurement team
- To monitor Petronas fuel & provisions usage by drivers
- Payment verifier
- To use JomPay for any billing process
- Manage petty cash count & Master File Reconciliation
Requirement
- Excel proficiency: Able to use formulas, pivot tables and charts to analyze data
- Microsoft Words and Power point
- Familiarity with accounting software auto count or financial analysis
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
