Job description
- To handle AP/AR invoices and maintain finance confidential information.
- To check & administer monthly staff claims.
- To ensure timely payment of monthly utilities expenses
- To ensure office equipment are maintained at functional condition
- Carry out general office administrative and finance Support.
- Any other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirement:
- Well-versed in SQL Accounting system and Microsoft Excel.
- Candidate must possess at lease Diploma in related field.
- At least 1-2 years working experience
- Able to work independently, self-motivated with positive work attitude.
- Responsible and have a pleasant personality
- Language : English
- knowledge in e-Invoicing
Experience:
- Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Accounts payable: 1 year (Preferred)
