We are seeking a motivated and high-potential Management Trainee to join our team. This role is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to gain hands-on experience across multiple departments. The trainee will rotate through key divisions—Operations, Business Development, and Customer Resolution—to build a strong foundation in business functions and prepare for future leadership roles - Team Lead.
Job Responsibilities
Business Development
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Support client acquisition, partnership outreach, and proposal development.
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
- Strive to meet individual and team KPIs and sales goals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and execute campaigns.
- Maintain open lines of communication with customers during the sales phase
- Strong initiative to close sales via online chatting.
- Document and label customers based on potential; provide special treatment for high-potential clients.
Operations
- Assist in day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and suggest process improvements.
- Support inventory, logistics, or service delivery processes as needed.
- Liaise with external parties and internal divisions such as sales & customer service to fulfill orders efficiently.
- Conduct performance reviews of external parties to maintain quality standards.
- Serve as the intermediary for any additional project-related information needed.
Customer Resolutions
- Learn how to handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance service quality.
- Work with the customer support team to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Provide support to customers who confirmed orders including handling inquiries, providing client progress updates, address client revision requests, resolving complaints, minimize refund requests.
- Assist with data collection activities including sending out surveys & feedback forms to assess client's overall satisfaction & task quality.
- Balance payment collection
- Ensure balance payments are resolved, verify receipts, and release completed tasks.
- Handle outstanding or bad debt as necessary.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Strong multitasking skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Possesses strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Assertive and proactive with service quality mind set.
- Confident in dealing with external and internal parties.
