Responsibility
- Assisting clients for E-invoice, GST/SST registration and prepare SST bi-monthly filing.
- Handle full set accounting (include AP, AR, GL, raising journal, bank reconciliation, fixed assets and payroll), and ensure management accounts are submitted on time to clients
- To prepare Accounts schedule, Bank Reconciliation and other related schedule/working papers for internal review, audit, and tax filling purpose
- Update client on all relevant submissions before due date such as audit, tax submission, SST and WHT submission etc.
- Plan schedule to complete tasks assigned and to meet all submission deadlines.
- Respond to queries from auditor, IR officer, RMCD officer & stakeholders in a responsible and professional manner.
- To assist/guide juniors for daily operation tasks.
Requirements
- Min. education requirement: degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficient in SQL accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- At least 2 years’ experience in related field.
- Good time management and the ability to work to deadlines
- Aggressive and committed to work.
- Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kota Kemuning: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

- Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
