Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
- Checking PO, DO, Invoices and do posting
- Compile payments and creditor ageing list
- Prepare all Account Payables (AP)
- Handle inter-company transactions, including reconciliation
- Reconciliation of cashbook, GL and bank statements
- Handle inquiries from suppliers and other departments
Account Receivable
- Issue tax invoices & receipts
- Call debtors for outstanding payment
- Prepare SOA, & assist wit legal documents (when required)
Futher Accounting Duties
- Handle full set of accounts (if able)
- Prepare & liaise with auditors
- Monthly closing accounts
- Assist in financial reporting
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma, LCCI in accountancy
- MS Word, Ms Excel, OBM an advantage but training is provided
- Mandarin, BM and English (Subcontractors / supplier speak Mandarin)
- Attention to detail, good interpersonal skills
- Good attitude toward learning
- Training provided
- Experience in construction industry advantage
