Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account cum Admin Executive to manage daily accounting tasks and support office administration. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records and efficient administrative operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:Accounting Duties:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment follow-ups
- Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and expense reports
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and internal audits
- Support in tax preparation and statutory compliance (SST & E-INVOICE)
Administrative Duties:
- Manage office supplies and procurement activities
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external agencies
- Handle documentation, data entry, and filing of records (both digital and physical)
- Maintain attendance records, leave management, and assist in payroll preparation
- Organize company meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative logistics
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
