Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable & Payable: Manage day-to-day accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) functions, including issuing payments to vendors and processing staff claims accurately and on time.
- Reconciliations: Prepare monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, AR, and AP to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Transaction Recording: Ensure all financial transactions are recorded promptly, accurately, and in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation and systematic filing of accounting records to support all financial transactions and audit requirements.
- Assist in daily accounting operations and support the month-end closing process.
- Carry out accounting assignments or tasks as directed by the Superior or Management.
- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative or office-related tasks as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Good attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
