Job description
Candidates will be assisting inbound calls by translating conversations from English to Mandarin and vise versa. Equipment such as laptops and etc will be provided. Candidates are required to work fully remote from home.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Rotational shift job, full time for 12 months under contract.
- 9 hours per shift (including 1 hour lunch break), for 5 days a week.
- Work from home
- Work through some weekends and Public Holiday
Requirements
- Candidates must be fluent in English
- Candidates must be fluent in Cantonese
- Candidates must be able to read and write in Chinese
- Candidates must have access to stable internet Connection (100 Mbps)
- Candidates must be able to work during odd hours (Rotational Night Shifts)
- Education Requirement: SPM
