Position: WFH Online Sales Executive

Are you passionate about health and wellness? Do you love guiding others to the right products and creating meaningful conversations? Join us as an Online Health Sales Consultant and help women heal from the inside out.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide personalized consultation via FB/WhatsApp/Instagram/online platforms
- Recommend suitable wellness products and guide the purchase process
- Follow up with customers and maintain long-term trust
- Achieve monthly sales targets (with attractive commission)
- 1Respond to PMs, actively persuading customers to place orders,Patiently assist customers with their inquiries,Track parcel progress for customers,Record daily orders
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (text + voice)
- Experience in wellness, nutrition, or customer service is a plus
- Self-motivated, reliable, goal-driven
- Passionate about women’s health and personal growth
- Able to work from home with stable Wi-Fi and focus
- Proactive, patient, meticulous, responsible, with a positive attitude
- Proficient with computers & Google Sheets
- Fluent in Chinese & able to understand English
- Degree not required
- Must have a functioning laptop

Salary Package
RM 2500 - RM 5000+
i) Base Salary: after confirmation RM 2500 (+KPI Incentive)
ii) Commission: 3%-4%
iii) Bonus: Quarterly Top Sales Bonus + RM1000
iv) Annual Sales Goal Trip for Two (targets at 600k/800k/1M)
v) Base Salary includes EPF & Sosco
Working Hours
1: work from home standby flexible 9am-12am
2: Arrange meal times freely without affecting response quality
3: 6 days a week (choose one off day from Monday to Friday)
