Responsibilities
- Provide dietary and nutritional consultation services.
- Responsible for customer registration and recording health parameter such as blood pressure.
- Administer therapies professionally.
- Manage client appointments, ensuring proper scheduling and adherence to appointment times efficiently.
- Build and maintain good rapport with customers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction after each treatment and follow-up on future treatments.
- Responsible for the facilities maintenance by ensuring cleanliness, and tidiness of the treatment rooms and center.
- Responsible for maintenance of equipment and ensure it remain in good condition.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and interventions.
- Perform any other ad-hoc task assigned by the superior/manager.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Nutrition) with relevant post-basic qualifications in a health-related field.
- Previous experience in the healthcare/wellness industry is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written in English, Malay and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking client and stakeholder.
- This position requires 5.5 working days per week with a monthly basic salary and performance-based incentives.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
