Responsibilities:
- Greet and host customers warmly, ensuring a pleasant wellness experience.
- Guide clients before, during, and after their Bio Energy Capsule Therapy sessions.
- Operate and oversee the Bio Energy Capsule Therapy equipment safely and correctly.
- Provide clear instructions and answer basic customer questions about the therapy.
- Ensure a clean, hygienic, and comfortable environment in the therapy area.
- Assist in appointment coordination and basic customer service tasks.
- Uphold the wellness centre’s service standards and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in hospitality, wellness, spa, or customer care is an advantage.
- Polite, approachable, and professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
- Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
