Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8.45 am – 5.45 pm
- Occasionally on Saturday for events/roadshows
Job Scope:
- Introduce and promote financial protection & savings products to walk-in and existing bank customers
- Provide professional consultation and propose suitable financial solutions based on customer needs
- Establish and grow long-term customer relationships
- Drive sales performance by meeting assigned targets and KPIs
- Attend training and coaching sessions for continuous learning and career growth
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales, banking, or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivated, result-oriented, and proactive
- No bankruptcy or bad debt record
Education Background (any of the following):
- SPM with minimum 5 passes (plus at least 3 years of sales experience), OR
- Diploma (preferred), OR
- Degree (advantageous for senior positions)
Salary & Career Path:
- Executive: RM 2,600 – RM 3,000 (basic)
- Senior Executive (Trainee): RM 2,800 – RM 3,300 (basic)
- Senior Executive: RM 2,800 – RM 10,000 (basic + incentives)
