Key Responsibilities
- Develop, innovate, execute and communicate sales plans and activities.
- Acquire new leads (e.g. by attending corporate talks, by networking with agents, lawyers and developers).
- Assign sales leads and referrals (if any) to the sales team and ensure prompt action is taken.
- Review sales target for Private Wealth team with Head of Private Wealth Sales.
- Allocate and communicate targets to Private Wealth team.
- Motivate and coach Private Wealth team.
- Monitor the team’s performance and explore opportunities to improve performance.
- Ensure the Private Wealth team is aware of the latest product information and sales techniques.
- Manage Private Wealth team’s operational activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience as well as service quality.
- Build and maintain long term and profitable relationship with key Private Wealth customers, including major depositors and valued customers.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate all critical or unresolved issues to the Head of Private Wealth Sales.
- Actively obtain feedback from Private Wealth customers and Private Wealth team on areas of improvement (e.g. product, process, pricing) and channel feedback to the Head of Private Wealth Sales.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
- Actively recruit Private Wealth Relationship Managers.
- Coordinate and participate in all CIMB Private Wealth events.
