WARRANTY OFFICER - after sales
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To compile, prepare and submit all warranty claims to Principal.
- To check all documentation strictly follow SOP as directed by the Principal.
- Ensure warranty claims inputted correctly into system with proper compilation and filing.
- To compile and submit all extended warranty cases to Principal on a timely basis with complete documentation.
- Responsible to ensure all WIP’s and debtor’s ageing are kept at minimum.
- Liaise with Pricipal to improvise warranty process and ensure timely payment.
- To communicate to both Principal and Management any outstanding claims.
- To provide weekly / monthly update to both Principal and Management.
- To assist front lines mainly with handling customers and provide support as back up to Service Advisor.
- To support direct superior on all aftersales clerical and administrative duties
Requirements
- Diploma in relevant field; or Cert with 2 years of working experience in related field
- Computer literate
- Familiar with automotive component
- Knowledge in DMS is an added advantage
- Prepared the warranty claim and expectations with customers as per policy for new vehicle.
- Responsible to monitor & maintain rejection rate.
- Prepare and process warranty documentation according to company guidelines
- Summarize & Submit claims quickly and efficiently.
- Follow up, to ensure claims are being processed properly.
- Achieve target & objectives set up by the company.
- Keep accurate inventory of ordered warranty parts and organize vendor paperwork.
- Assist Service manager in updating set by the company.
- Well verse in Computer skills.
- Full-Time Position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
