Location: Menara Hap Seng, Tingkat 13, Jalan P. Ramlee, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM3,500 – RM4,500

Job Summary:
As a Warranty Executive, you will be responsible for managing and processing all warranty claims in line with HQ policies and procedures. You will work closely with service teams to ensure smooth documentation, proper handling of defective parts, and accurate claim submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all warranty defective parts in line with HQ warranty policies.
- Capture photographs/videos of warranty issues for submission.
- Perform warranty claims application using the latest system.
- Ensure all claims follow warranty policy & guidelines.
- Process warranty paperwork for proper documentation.
- Respond to HQ & customer email enquiries.
- Reconcile warranty receivables with payments (accounting schedule).
- Resubmit rejected claims promptly / obtain authorization for write-offs.
- Follow up on outstanding claim payments.
- Tag & track all warranty parts (record keeping & disposal).
- Support final inspection for vehicles with warranty claim cases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies & audit requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Certificate in relevant field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in automotive / trucks / aftersales sector.
- Strong knowledge of automotive warranty process.
- Detail-oriented, organised & collaborative.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Administrative experience in warranty handling is a strong advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
