Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient stock handling, inventory accuracy, and supervising a team of operators.
This position also requires the individual to operate forklift and/or reach truck as needed to support daily warehouse activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, lead, and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Plan and monitor inbound and outbound activities to meet operational timelines.
- Operate forklift and/or reach truck for loading, unloading, and moving stock as required.
- Ensure proper stacking and safe storage of goods in designated areas.
- Conduct regular stock checks, inventory counts, and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
- Monitor and maintain equipment condition; report any defects immediately.
- Assist in manpower planning, shift scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with customer service and transport team for smooth workflow.
- Prepare daily reports on stock movement and operational performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Valid forklift and/or reach truck driving certificate.
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes, stock management, and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, or overtime as operationally required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
