Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that all stock levels are monitored regularly.
Perform production material kitting to ensure assembly line received correct and sufficient material.
Perform stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records to identify discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory to prevent damage, loss, or theft.
Store items in designated locations in an organized and accessible manner.
Track the movement of goods (receiving, storing, and dispatching) and ensure timely updates to the inventory management system.
Shipping & Receiving:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
Prepare shipping documents, including packing list, shipping marks/label, invoices, and delivery receipts.
Coordinate with external warehousing shipping companies and internal departments for the smooth and timely delivery of goods.
Record Keeping:
Prepare and maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and movements.
Update and maintain an organized filing system for all relevant shipping and inventory documentation.
Generate regular reports on inventory status for management.
Safety and Clean
Ensure that the storage area is clean, organized, and safe for both employees and inventory.
Follow safety protocols and regulations in the handling forklift, goods and equipment.
Requirements:
- Prover experience as a storekeeper, warehouse clerk or in similar role is an advantage.
- Able to use Microsoft Excel and other relevant warehouse system (e.g. ERP, SAP)
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail accuracy in record-keeping and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
