Job Description
- * To assist the planning and implementation of warehouse management system, recording and maintain a proper tracking system for stock inventory.
- * To oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, labelling, sorting and loading/unloading.
- * Ensure that work instructions are being follow, orders/quantity are checked, picked and packed as per checklist.
- * Identify, highlight and report issues pertaining to stock damage/inventory as at when necessary.
- * Monitor container loading/unloading and routes scheduling for multiple delivery.
- * Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines.
- * To ensure all warehouse transactions are properly recorded and updated accurately.
- * Implement and enforce warehouse safety, 5S, and proper storage practices.
- * Supervise warehouse team members to ensure high performance and adherence to SOPs.
- * Perform other task as required by the Management and other job related functions as at when required.
Requirements
- * Candidate must possess at least STPM, Diploma, or Degree in Logistics, Business Studies or equivalent.
- * At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Candidate in FMCG industry will be an advantage.
- * Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- * Good interpersonal skills and strong work commitment.
- * Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- * Candidate must be willing to work at Semenyih
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,900.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
