Warehouse & Logistic Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods from suppliers to retail and wholesale customers. in.indeed.com
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts, ensuring optimal inventory turnover.
• Transportation Oversight: Select and negotiate contracts with carriers, plan routes, and monitor delivery schedules to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. betterteam.com
• Warehouse Management: Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety regulations. in.indeed.com
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop logistics teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics to assess logistics performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, 3PL providers, and other logistics partners to ensure service excellence.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in logistics or supply chain management, with experience in retail and wholesale environments preferred.
• Proficiency in logistics software and systems (e.g., WMS, TMS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
• Certifications (optional but advantageous):
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
• Certified Logistics Professional (CLP).
• Certified Transportation and Logistics (CTL)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
