- Lead a team of warehouse staff, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of products.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality management systems, including HACCP and ISO standards, in all warehouse operations.
- Manage inventory levels, including regular cycle counts, and ensure accurate and timely reporting of inventory levels to management.
- Coordinate with production and purchasing teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to meet customer demand.
- Maintain a safe working environment for all warehouse staff by enforcing safety policies and procedures and conducting regular safety training.
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Continuously improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present warehouse performance reports to senior management.
- Providing reliable and effective warehouse services to support sales related and back-end activities of the company.
- Managing the loading operation and lead the loading team.
- Ensuring all warehouse equipment are being maintained and kept at designed locations.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
