We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Assistant to support daily warehouse activities and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to contribute to operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and picking
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and documentation
- Assist with stock counts and prepare variance reports for Finance and Management
- Recommend corrective actions to reduce recurring inventory discrepancies
- Support the preparation of business-related reports and operational summaries
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma holders are encouraged to apply
- Fresh graduates are welcome—training will be provided
- Prior experience in warehouse or inventory roles is an added advantage
- Able to work independently with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
