Warehouse Assistant opening for DSC Langkawi.
Job Responsibilities :-
- Support and provide cooperation with CT and DSC Team as well as take care of own warehouse inventory and prepare complete reports to be sent to HQ.
- Report any operation issue like Stock Damage or Missing to RC and RCL.
- Conduct daily stock count and ensure system quality must tally with physical
- Proceed daily system checking and clear all system transactions on time movement for every single transaction.
- Coordinate well with other parties for ordering, distribution, and receiving stock.
- Update warehouse maximum capacity from time to time based on company sales.
- Must ensure the warehouse and spare part room are always in good condition, prepare Stock B Scrap process by sending report serial number and photo.
Job Requirements :-
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, or any equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Required Skill(s) / Knowledge(s) : Excel Reporting, PowerPoint Skills, Administrative Skill, Communication Skill.
- Able to work independently with strong initiative, committed and capable in working as part of the team in order to meet the reporting deadline.
- Able to work OT and adapt well at a fast pace with our company environment and culture.
