- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure timely and accurate order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Coordinate with transporters and internal teams for efficient logistics.
- Coordinate and collaborate with Purchasing for incoming stocks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of stock movement.
- Implement best practices to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency.Ensure stock is stored in an organized and accessible manner.
- Monitor and manage warehouse workflow to prevent bottlenecks.
- Conduct routine safety checks and implement safety measures, includes of 5S Practise.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety regulations and company policies.
- Continuously seek process improvements for better business outcomes.
- Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the company to support business operations.
