- Generate DO (Delivery Order) PO (Purchasing Order) and SO (Sales Order) with Admin Department for delivery arrangement.
- Plan and coordinate orders delivered on time as per schedule.
- Monitor account and finance, bank in and out for daily transaction.
- Responsible to update Staff data and preparing scheduled report ( Attendance/ Overtime/ Absenteesim/ Late In/ Monthly Disciplinary Status).
- Plan and organize stock from daily checking inventory/ delivery/ received/ transfer stock.
- Plan and coordinate for upcoming delivery as per management planning. Dealing with vendor or HQ for stock replenishment/payment or other issues.
- Manage and ensure housekeeping in warehouse is maintained as per highest standard (Daily Cleaning/ Pest Control/ Warehouse Maintenance)
- Responsible for daily and monthly report. (KPI Report/ Account & Finance Report/ Delivery Report/ Stock & Warehouse Report).
- Manage damage stock disposal with Logistic team weekly and monitor for monthly result is maintained as per company standard.
- To drive and lead all the arrangement and planning between Sales Department and Operation Department for stock issues.
- Coordinate internally with Operation Department.(Admin/ Finance/ Logistic/ Delivery Department)
- Plan and monitor for Monthly Lorry Maintenance and Repair.
- To submit monthly stock take report before dateline.
- To process C/N for customer and vendor.
- Implement and maintain efficient inventory control procedures, including stock rotation, FIFO. Principles and proper storage practice.
