Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Admin Assistant to assist our Warehouse Officer in day-to-day operations. This position plays a supporting role in delivery coordination, stock handling, and basic administrative tasks in the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing daily delivery documents (e.g., delivery order, security pass).
- Support in coordinating delivery schedules and rescheduling when needed.
- Help with receiving and checking stocks from suppliers.
- Assist in preparing and filing documents for stock transfers and collections.
- Update stock and delivery status in system or checklist.
- Help in handling basic customer follow-up after delivery.
- Assist in stock take and maintain cleanliness of warehouse area.
- Support in extended warranty and service documentation when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word).
- Able to work independently and support team operations.
- Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
