Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to deliver outstanding service to our guests. As the face of our restaurant, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and offer recommendations.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to fine dining standards.
- Monitor tables to anticipate guests’ needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Prepare tables with linens, silverware, and glassware.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Assist with event setups and special service requirements as needed.
- Follow all restaurant policies and procedures to uphold fine dining etiquette.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Server, preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine pairing, is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a passion for hospitality.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strictly local only.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
