About the role
We are seeking a talented Visual Merchandiser Executive to join our dynamic team at OSIM (M) Sdn Bhd in our HQ Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging in-store displays that showcase our innovative products and drive sales.
1. Design & develop visual merchandising and display concept and materials for effective execution of VM and display campaign:
- Propose VM and display concept plan.
- To work closely with marketing, business development, sales and VM team on effective execution of all VM and display activities.
- To ensure all plan and concept are in line with brand and corporate guidelines.
- To ensure all display materials are available and send out on time.
- To provide display guide for all VM Campaign
- To follow-up on accurate and timely installation of at outlets, counter and roadshow/fair
- To prepare report for post-campaign review
2. Support the sales team on effective below-the-line advertising materials for outlets, counters & roadshows:
- To work with A&P/BDD Team on proposing and developing BTL materials
- To ensure brand and corporate guidelines are adhered and followed.
- To work closely with sales team on VM Campaign execution
- To assist on VM and display execution and activities
- To assist in the assessment of outlets & counters VM and display effectiveness
- To prepare post-campaign report for follow-up and review
3. To conduct market analysis on effective new merchandising & display concept and materials:
- To propose and recommend new display concept in line with brand and corporate guidelines.
- To propose and recommend new product launch VM and display concept to alleviate visibility and to complement existing product range.
- To assist in the creation and development of new display materials and props to support marketing and BTL advertising campaigns.
Requirement
- Certificate or Diploma in Graphic Design and/or Visual Merchandising
- Minimum 2-3 years in related working experience in design, graphic or visual merchandising environment.
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Interested in conceptual art and design.
- Attention to detail, creativity, artistic ability, imagination and good design sense
- Eye for luxury with experience in light, color, texture and material
- Diligent, resourceful and able to work independently.
- Possess knowledge on Adobe Photoshop and Adobe illustrator.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
