Job summary
We’re looking for a creative Videographer + Editor who loves telling stories through visuals. You’ll be the go-to person for planning, shooting, and editing videos that bring our brand to life whether it’s campaigns, product launches, social media, or behind-the-scenes content. If you’ve got the skills, the eye, and the hustle to deliver clean, engaging videos, this role’s for you.
Requirement
- Plan, set up, and shoot videos for campaigns, tutorials, interviews, BTS, and more.
- Handle cameras, lighting, and audio equipment confidently.
- Direct simple movements/scenes and keep shoots running smooth.
- Capture visuals that match our brand’s look and voice.
Editing & Post
- Turn raw footage into polished content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut (or similar).
- Add transitions, text overlays, music, effects, and color grading.
- Export and optimize videos for TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube, FB, etc.
- Keep visuals consistent and high-quality across all platforms.
Creative Input
- Work with the content & marketing crew to brainstorm ideas.
- Suggest concepts, pacing, and styles to level up our storytelling.
- Pitch new formats that grab attention and boost engagement.
File & Asset Management
- Keep raw footage, project files, and backups organized.
- Archive finished videos properly with version control.
Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Videography, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in professional video shooting and editing.
- Proficient with DSLR cameras and standard videography gear.
- Strong editing skills using video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).
- Solid understanding of lighting, framing, audio, and video production techniques.
- A strong sense of creativity and attention to detail.
- Up-to-date with video trends across digital platforms (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
- Organized, disciplined, and highly responsible with a can-do attitude.
