1. Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement overall HR strategies aligned with Company’s business goals
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to shape organizational direction and culture.
- Lead workforce planning to meet current and future talent needs of the automotive sector.
2. Organizational Development & Change Management
- Drive change management initiatives, especially during digital transformation, automation, and expansion.
- Enhance organizational structure and efficiency to support growth and innovation.
- Foster a high-performance culture through training and leadership development.
3. Employee Relations, Union Management & Engagement
- Maintain strong labour management relations, especially in unionized environments.
4. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian labour laws, union regulations, and international standards.
5. HR Technology & Analytics
- Leverage HR information systems (HRIS) and analytics to drive evidence-based decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience as a Head of Human Resources/Chief Human Resource/Chief People Officer or other equivalent positions.
- Proven track record of leading HR functions in a large-scale manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive or heavy industry sectors.
- Demonstrated success in managing unionized workforces, including experience in collective agreement negotiations, grievance handling, and labour relations strategy.
- In-depth understanding of Malaysian labour laws, industrial relations regulations, and international HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems, HR analytics, and digital transformation in HR.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 36 months
Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM30,000.00 per month
