JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Drive the sales van to assigned routes and deliver products to customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets by promoting and selling FMCG products.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new sales opportunities.
- Ensure proper display and visibility of products in retail outlets.
- Monitor stock levels, collect payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Report market feedback, competitor activities, and customer requirements to the sales team.
- Ensure the van is maintained in good condition and complies with safety regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
Education/Qualification
Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification.
Years of relevant Experience / Knowledge
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector
- Must have a valid driving license (GDL/van license required).
- Proven ability or strong interest in sales; FMCG experience is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit to handle loading/unloading of goods when necessary.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel within assigned routes.
