Key Responsibilities *
Strategy and Planning
- Responsible for all credit perspective of the applications including ensuring compliance/ adherance with credit policies, guidelines and regulations, portfolio review.
Business Performance and Management
- Assist in all administrative functions of the Consumer Credit Operations Unit.
- Collate data for monthly reporting and assist to prepare reports as required.
People Management
- Advise Personal Bankers and Team Managers on credit related issues.
Regulatory Compliance
- Manage proper credit evaluation of facility applications and completion of documentation in accordance with policies and procedures. Adhere to Group’s standards portfolio / bulk reviews.
- Ensure compliance / adherence with credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Recommend and approve limits up to the appropriate delegated authority.
Any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Key Dimension of Impact *
Adhere to Service Level Agreement (SLA) for approval status as applicable:
- Ploans: 90% within 1 day.
- Credit Cards / Cashlite: 90% within 3 days.
Ensure portfolio risk/reward profile is within company risk appetite. Manage acquisition quality, portfolio quality and low side overrides.
