Salary : RM 4,000 – RM 6,000

Job summary
Responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and intuitive interfaces for applications running on the Windows operating system. This role involves understanding user needs, designing wireframes and mockups, and collaborating with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of the user interface and user experience design.
Key Responsibilities
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize layout, navigation, and user flows; refine designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Develop high-fidelity visual designs, including icons, illustrations, and graphics, aligned with branding and interface standards.
- Design consistent and accessible UI components (dialogs, buttons, menus, interactive elements, etc.).
- Organize content and features into a logical structure to create intuitive user journeys with clear information hierarchy.
- Ensure responsive UI design that adapts across various screen sizes and resolutions, particularly on Windows devices.
- Define user interactions and animations to enhance usability and provide meaningful feedback.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with technical and business objectives.
- Apply accessibility best practices to ensure usability for all users, including those with disabilities.
- Maintain design systems, guidelines, and documentation for consistent implementation across teams.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on UI design experience, preferably for desktop or software applications.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with Windows UI guidelines and standard design patterns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions.
- Solid understanding of software development processes and ability to work effectively with developers.
- High attention to detail with a strong balance between visual aesthetics and functional design.
