Overview of the Position:
Design, planning, and execution of high-impact incentive travel programs aimed at rewarding top performers and driving sales performance. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex, large-scale incentive trips, ensuring they align with the company’s objectives. In this role, this individual will take ownership of more challenging projects, mentor junior staff, and work closely with upper management to develop high-quality, memorable experiences that motivate leaders and IBOs.
The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative:
- Lead the development and execution of incentive trip campaign that align with the company’s sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the Head of Network Development to design compelling, competitive, and motivational rewards for high-performing leaders & IBOs.
- Conduct market research to identify unique destinations and activities that enhance the incentive experience and meet budget constraints.
- Work closely with assigned vendor to oversee all aspects of planning, including venue selection, travel arrangements, accommodations, event activities, and itinerary creation.
- Ensure seamless execution from initial planning stages through post-trip wrap-up, maintaining high standards of service and attention to detail.
- Lead on-site trip management to ensure smooth logistics and act as the primary point of contact for leaders and vendors.
- Cultivate relationships with high-level travel vendors, airlines, hotels, destination management companies (DMCs), and other service providers.
- Ensure high standards of service and exceptional experiences for incentive trip participants.
- Collaborate with President’s Office to manage large-scale budgets, ensuring incentive trips are executed within financial guidelines while maximizing value for participants.
- Track expenses and provide detailed financial reporting, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
- Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and best practices in incentive trip planning and execution.
- Lead by example, fostering collaboration and excellence within the team.
- Work closely with Head of Network Development to ensure incentive trip goals are fully aligned with the department’s overall sales strategy and targets.
- Provide insights on IBOs performance to ensure the program reflects key business objectives.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, analyse participant feedback, and assess ROI to continuously improve future incentive programs.
- Provide data-driven reports to Head of Network Development on the impact of incentive trips on sales performance and employee engagement.
To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:
- Diploma, Advanced/ Higher /Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or any Professional Degree.
- Min One (1) of working experience. Fresh Graduate welcome to Apply!
- Proficient in both verbal and written in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin as this role will communicate with internal and external stakeholders that speak and write in Mandarin.
