Job Title: Haulage & Transport Exec
Reports to : Country Manager
1. Responsibility
1.1 Report to duty on time
1.2 Supervise daily transport activities including dispatching, loading, route planning, and delivery execution
1.3 Ensure all shipments are delivered on time, with minimal deviation from schedule. Manage driver rosters, attendance, performance and discipline
1.4 Conduct regular safety briefings, toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
1.5 Prepare daily/weekly/monthly transport performance reports for management review.
1.6 Identify cost-saving opportunities in routing, trip consolidation, or asset utilization
Requirement:
- Malaysia citizen
- Have Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Logistics
- 3-5 years of proven working experience in transport operations.
- Able to communicate, read & write in Bahasa Melayu & English
- Proficient in transport management system (TMS)
- Ready to work at Pulau Indah, Selangor.
- Familiar with fleet GPS tracking. Route planning.
