- Liaise with client regarding export and import matters.
- Monitoring export and import shipment release to consignee.
- Make bookings for transportation for delivery cargo. - secondary
- Liaise with authorities for cargo clearance ie custom clearance, shipping liner, CLA and etc
- Communicate effectively with customers / sales on status of shipment
- Alert and advise superior on issues related to operational matters.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal departments ie Account, Biling, other Ops branches and etc.
- Collect 3rd party bills to support documentation for invoices purposes.
- Practicing and ensuring effectiveness of the Quality system and procedures in daily routine work.
- Other duties when instructed by the management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
