We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Programming Trainer Intern - Coding & STEAM Education to join our team. This internship is ideal for individuals passionate about technology and education, and who are eager to gain hands-on experience in delivering coding lessons and mentoring learners.
You’ll play an active role in teaching programming fundamentals while being guided by experienced trainers. Training on our curriculum and tools will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting engaging coding sessions for students or employees (online or in-person).
- Support the teaching of Python, Game Design, Web Development, or similar subjects.
- Help prepare and deliver coding exercises, challenges, and mini-projects.
- Guide learners in troubleshooting and understanding coding concepts.
- Track learner progress and provide basic feedback under supervision.
- Collaborate with senior trainers to enhance lesson content and teaching methods.
- Maintain a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
- Stay informed about basic programming trends and tools.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Education, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages and concepts (e.g., Python, HTML/CSS, Git, OOP).
- Strong interest in teaching and helping others learn.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Patience and a problem-solving mindset.No prior teaching experience required—just a passion for learning and sharing knowledge.
