Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, deliver, and manage operator training programs covering production processes and equipment use.
- Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions to ensure understanding of procedures, quality standards, and safety practices.
- Conduct certification sessions to ensure operators meet company and industry standards.
- Maintain and update training materials to reflect current procedures, safety guidelines, and quality requirements.
- Track and document operator progress, certifications, and compliance with training standards.
- Work closely with supervisors and quality teams to identify skill gaps and customize training solutions.
- Flexibly work in shift patterns to support training needs across all production shifts.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Experience in production operations, preferably in electronic manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, safety protocols, and quality control.
- Proven ability to train and certify production operators effectively.
- Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, computer, and good English language skills.
- Willingness and ability to work in a shift pattern.
PREFERRED:
- Experience in conducting technical training.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as IPC, ISO, or Lean Manufacturing.
- Experience using digital tools or Learning Management Systems (LMS) for training administration.
- SPM certified and above.
SKILLS:
- Excellent presentation skills to deliver clear and engaging training sessions.
- Proficiency with computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and LMS platforms.
- Ability to explain complex production processes in clear, simple terms.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills to foster operator development.
- Good command of the English language for clear communication.
- Attention to detail for accurate documentation and certification tracking.
