Job Overview:
Are you a recent SPM leaver looking for a career in a dynamic and fast-paced industry? We’re looking for young, energetic individuals to join us as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. You’ll receive hands-on training and guidance from experienced recruiters, gaining valuable skills in communication, sourcing, screening, and client management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.
- Support recruitment consultants with interview arrangements and follow-ups.
- Post and manage job advertisements on various platforms.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our system.
- Learn to conduct basic candidate interviews and assessments.
- Communicate with job seekers to explain job opportunities.
- Support other HR and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willing to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel).
- Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in recruitment, people management, or HR is a bonus.
