Client Overview:
Our client is a well-established trading company based in Setia Alam, specializing in IC and RAM card trading. They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support their operations team.
Position: Trading Admin & Order Processing Associate (6-Day Work Week)
Location: Setia Alam
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document handling.
- Process customer orders, prepare invoices, and issue delivery notes.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding order updates and delivery arrangements.
- Maintain accurate stock, order, and transaction records.
- Support the supervisor with office operations and ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in admin or a similar role (fresh graduates welcome).
- Basic admin knowledge and computer literacy.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
- Must have own transport.
