Requirements
* SPM and above (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Fluent and confident in communicating in English & Malay
* Confidence in doing outbound call (outgoing calls to customers)
* Good communication skills in persuading the customer
Responsibility
* Performing outbound call to the potential customer (Telco Customer) according to the provided listing
* Promoting new plans (postpaid/prepaid)
* Explaining the benefits and details to the customer
* Persuading the customer to upgrade/change their current plan
Working timing
* 5 working days (Monday to Friday), alternate Saturday
* 10am - 7pm

* Working location: Menara Tokio Marine Life, No. 189, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur
* Beside Ampang Park MRT Station (Walking Distance)
