Position: Telesales (Script provided)
Location: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur
Working Days / Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 7PM
Salary Package:
Basic salary up to RM2600
R&R allowance: RM200
Performance-based Increment Plan:
Every 3 months, employee performance will be reviewed.
If they consistently meet performance targets for 3 consecutive months, a RM200 salary increment will be granted, bringing the total to RM2,800 basic.
If performance is sustained in the next cycle, another RM200 increment will be applied, capping the basic salary at RM3,000.
Requirements:
1. Possessed Diploma in any field
2. Minimum 2 years in services industry, 1 year in sales role
3. Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia only
Job Description:
1. Contact client by telephone to promote consumer products or services.
2. Deliver scripted sales pitches to the clients
3. Explain the product or services to customers over the phone
4. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets as set by the team leader.
