As a Telemarketing/Telesales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in performing customer outreach and engaging potential clients to generate qualified leads for the business in the area of corporate training or HR certifications.
Your Contribution as a Telemarketing/Telesales Executive
- Identify & Connect: Make strategic outbound calls to discover and engage decision-makers, ensuring qualified leads turn into prospects.
- Understand & Engage: Tailor your pitch, and spark interest in our solutions to build meaningful business relationships.
- Deliver & Excel: Consistently meeting targets and take ownership in whatever you do.
To Ensure Success, You Will Also Need to:
- Conduct Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, target market shifts, and competitor activities to sharpen outreach strategies.
- CRM Management: Keep lead data organized and up-to-date in the CRM, ensuring a steady flow of high-potential B2B prospects.
- Master the Art of Networking: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders, expanding your reach beyond cold calls and email campaigns.
The Key Competencies to be a Rockstar!
- Customer Service or Sales: Experience in customer-facing roles where communication and problem-solving are key.
- Telemarketing or Telesales: Experience making outbound calls or engaging potential leads would be a good foundation.
- Marketing or Digital Marketing: Familiarity with lead generation, market research, or social media outreach.
- Internships in B2B Sales or Recruitment: Exposure to sales environments or understanding recruitment processes could be valuable.
