Position: Account Payable (Full time and Permanent role)
Client: Trading/ Finance Industry
Location: Menara Suezcap, KL (Reachabale by LRT)
Working hour:Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Job Scope:
- Receive, review, and verify invoices and payment requests.
- Ensure proper approvals and matching with purchase orders and delivery orders.
- Input invoices into the accounting system accurately and timely.
- Schedule and process payments according to agreed credit terms.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle inquiries and maintain good relationships with vendors.
- Perform monthly AP reconciliations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Generate and submit AP reports (aging report, accruals, etc.).
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit purposes.
- Liaise with procurement, finance, and other departments to resolve issues related to payments.
- Support audit requests and provide necessary documentation.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in related role and field.
- Basic knowledge in finance / trading industry
- At least obtain a Diploma

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
