Position: Telesales/ Telemarketing
Salary: RM1,700 - RM2,000
Working Days: Monday - Friday, Saturday Half Day
Working Hours: 8.30AM - 5.30PM / Saturday 8.30AM - 12.30PM
Location: B3-5, Puncak Hijauan, Jalan Pintar, Sg. Tangkas 43000 Kajang Selangor
1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
2. Explain product or service features and benefits.
3. Answer customer questions and handle objections.
4. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the system.
5. Follow up with leads and build customer relationships.
6. Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
1) Minimum 1 year experience in sales
2) Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
3) Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented
4) Able to work independently with minimal supervision
5) Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
