Job Description:
- Call customer for insurance and road tax renewal.
- Suggest car insurance and road tax package.
- To retrieve important details from customer to generate quotations & to complete the sales process.
- Replying emails & do follow up for any related documents.
- Assist in customer inquiries and other related issues.
- To achieve monthly sales quota set by management.
Job Requirements:
- 1 year or less of experience in telemarketing or sales.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Applicants who have experiences as outbound call center agents in insurance and banking industries are encouraged to apply.
- Candidate must be able to converse and write in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Preferably candidate with strong marketing and sales skill.
- Willing to work hard to earn high commission.
- Basic salary + allowances + commission.
- Training will be provided.
