- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment, including wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, and control systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure electrical systems are functioning safely and efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using testing devices and hand tools.
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to execute projects and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain documentation related to maintenance activities, equipment status, and repair history.
- Support installation of new machinery or systems, including setup, calibration, and testing.
- Assist in energy efficiency efforts and recommend improvements or upgrades when necessary.
