Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technician 4, Production Test to join our team in Batu Kawan, Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting advanced production tests, analyzing results, and ensuring the quality of our manufactured products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform complex production tests using advanced testing equipment and procedures
- Analyze test results and compile detailed reports for engineering and management teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the production testing process
- Develop and implement improvements to testing procedures and methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of test results, equipment calibration, and maintenance activities
- Train and mentor junior technicians on testing procedures and best practices
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and safety regulations
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Associate's degree or higher in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in production testing or related field
PREFERRED:
- Advanced knowledge of production testing equipment and procedures
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with quality control standards and processes
- Experience with automated test equipment and systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., IPC, ASQ) preferred
SKILLS:
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
